As a NICU nurse I understand the importance of safety and proper positioning for your newborn. Everything that we do will be centered around keeping your little one comfortable and safe. Whether it be a wardrobe change, a quick bottle break, or just a favorite chair to rock in- everything is at our fingertips. Pricing Information
If you’ve ever shopped for art of any kind, you know prices are all over the map… and that’s certainly true with photography as well. Booking with me there is a session fee of $150 and collections, that include both digital files and print items, ranging from $250 to $550.
My unique process ensures you'll get exactly what you want (along with as much -or as little- guidance as you need) and end up with beautiful images and prints to enjoy for years to come.

As soon as you decide that you want newborn photos you should book them! Newborn photographer schedules fill up quickly and many offer limited newborn slots each month. You also don’t want to be trying to think about booking photos when you are in labor or in the newborn trenches.

The most ideal time for your photoshoot is within the first 7-10 days of your baby’s life. This is when they have the shortest wake windows and often give us nice long stretches of sleep (even with position changes).
That said, if for any reason you can’t make that timeframe work- we can book for whenever works best for you.

Well that’s what babies do best! If your little one has a difficult time settling, we work around them. If they need to be fed- we feed them. They need a diaper change- we change them.
My newborn photoshoots are baby led, meaning we take as much time as we need to ensure your baby is as comfortable and content as possible throughout the shoot.

Then I would say you are in the VAST majority. I typically will take photos in the nursery, the master bedroom, and the living room.
So my suggestion? Take all the clutter you may have and through it into a hallway or office or whatever other extra space you have. I promise, your secret is safe with me.

Generally speaking my newborn sessions last about an hour to an hour and a half.
However, I give every session a full three hours in my calendar. Why? Because some newborns have siblings that may need extra time and guidance. Some newborns are a bit fussier than other. Some babies want to eat five times in one session.
Whatever the case may be, I also ensure that we have all the time we need.

As a NICU nurse, newborn safety has been my profession long before it became part of my photography business. Every pose is baby-led, your little one is never forced into uncomfortable positions, and we'll take as many feeding, cuddling, or diaper breaks as your baby needs. Their comfort and safety will always come before getting a particular photograph.

I photograph newborns in homes throughout Southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, including Plaistow, Salem, Windham, Hampstead, Atkinson, Derry, Exeter, Haverhill, North Andover, Amesbury, and surrounding communities.
If you live outside of this area I am more than happy to photograph your family! Just keep in mind that there is a $50 travel fee for sessions greater than 30 miles from my home in Plaistow, NH.
